Being chosen as Finalists – authentic recognition!
We are honoured and humbled to have been shortlisted, as Finalists, under 4 separate categories, at the Negotiator Awards 2021.
It’s been a really tough 18 months for everyone, without putting too finer point on it, one that will go down in history and one that has seen some big, household, names in the world of commerce go to the wall. Our Industry, has been especially hard hit; it’s been tough, to say the least, running a people-centred business, during a Global Pandemic!
Throughout the past year and a half, we have seen uncertainty, fear, lack of clarity and change – change that has been significant, far reaching, rapid and often. It has kept us on our toes and meant that we have had to add several layers to everything we do. Checking Government advice and Guidance constantly, putting procedures in place to keep everyone safe and clinically documenting everything we do.
It’s been challenging but we’ve managed to keep all our Tenants, Landlords and our staff safe and well informed and we’ve worked with other local agents and Landlords, in helping to spread the word about policy, procedures, changes and giving help and advice wherever possible – working together to ensure the safety and confidence of all concerned.
We don’t do what we do for praise or reward. We’ve got a pretty lofty strapline in “Lettings without Compromise” which is derived from personal experience and, we strive to provide a service, to our Landlords and Tenants which leaves them in no doubt what this lofty strapline means. We work hard to achieve excellence and, we unapologetically love what we do!
However, that being said, it is a wonderful compliment to be recognized, within your industry, for your hard work and achievement. In fact, when you feel the way we do about our business, I’d go as far as to say that it feels very personal!
So, I’d just like to say a huge thank you, to the panel of Judges who shortlisted us – it really does mean a lot, especially after this past 18 months and, to everyone else, please keep your fingers crossed for us – we are super excited!
