Who are we?
We are a multi-award-winning HMO specialist property management company based in Bristol.
KPA Property Management was born out of our search for suitable property managers to look after our HMO portfolio.
We couldn’t find an agent that offered the level of service that we provided to our tenants and looked after our houses in the way that we do — so we set up our own.
