The Renters’ Rights Bill becomes The Renters’ Rights Act.
The Renters’ Rights Bill received final approval in parliament on 22nd October and Royal Assent 5 days later, on 27th October 2025, to become the Renters’ Rights Act. We now await a timeline for implementation on the different parts of the Act from the Government.
While we wait, it is important to look at our processes and get prepared.
Let’s do this together – come and join our FREE webinar on Tuesday 18th November at 7:00pm on this link
There's a lot of confusion "out there"
We live in an age of endless information, but not all of that information is correct or useful and we have heard a shocking amount of nonsense over the past few weeks. We have also had calls from some confused and concerned landlords, with varying degrees of understanding and preparedness, with regard to changes that they will need to make, in order to be compliant, under the new regulations of the Act.
lets get ready together
Consequently, we asked YOU, whether YOU would find a FREE webinar useful – and we were blown away by the number of you that responded to say that “…yes please” you would find it very useful. So, on Tuesday 18th November 2025, from 7:00pm to 8:00pm we are holding a FREE online webinar.
As a property management agency, we will be looking at the Act itself, the recently published Government Guide and talking through the issues that landlords themselves are most concerned about, from conversations that we have had with many of you. We will also be discussing the changes that we will be putting in place, in the agency, to keep our landlords, their assets and their tenants safe and compliant and there will be an opportunity for you to raise your questions too and we will try to cover as many of them as we can, in the CHAT, as we go along.
The biggest shake up in the PRS in almost 4 decades
The Renters’ Rights Act represents the largest shake up of the Private Rented Sector in almost 4 decades and it will completely change the way in which we will ALL need to conduct our business of lettings – regardless of whether you are represented by an agency or whether you are a self-managing landlord, things are going to change drastically and at all levels. As landlords ourselves, this is something that we have been watching for a very long time (check out our blogs, we’ve been talking about this one since about 2019).
Now is the time to GET READY and let’s do this with quality information!
