We were so honoured to receive the Award of Excellence for Property Management 2024 earlier this month and, to have this superb article written about us in the E2 media magazine, that we simply had to share.
We are on a mission to change the face of lettings and the unhelpful and negative narrative between landlords and their tenants…one tenancy at a time. The judges said that what stood out for them was not only the many lovely words, reviews and testimonials that we are so grateful to have received over the years but, the fact that they come from all stakeholders – landlords, tenants and trades.
To have this recognised feels really special and a real testament to the tireless work that our team put in. The work isn’t done for the recognition, that’s not why we do it but it is a wonderful honour to have been recognised and represents a real high point for us here at KPA, for the first quarter of 2024. Here’s to more – the sky really is the limit – watch this space!

With our awards we think it’s important to recognise
organisations that are bringing something new and
innovative to their marketplace. They don’t necessarily have to be the biggest but they have to be an organisation that is trying to offer something different to what is already out there and above all they must offer a great product or service. We feel that KPA Property ticks all the boxes and are worthy winners of our award. The awards that KPA have won over these past few years, have not been won by accident, and will come as no surprise to anyone who has worked with them.
There are many things that make KPA unique in
the industry and it’s clear to see that they are on
a bit of a mission to shake things up, in a market
sector that is in desperate need but, first and
foremost, they are very good at what they do
with the entire team sharing the same steadfast
determination to maintain the high standards
that have become such a trademark.
As landlords and investors themselves the KPA team have a unique understanding of the challenges faced by
landlords and what it is they are looking for from
an agent. In fact KPA Property Management was
born out of their search for an agency to manage
their HMO portfolio in the Bristol area. They were
unable to find one that offered the level of service
that they provided to their tenants, and looked
after their houses in the way they did themselves
so they set up their own agency.
KPA Property is part of The Key Group which is a group
of family run companies that has been operating since
1948. Their aim is to provide a truly passive property
