KPA Receives National Recognition
We are incredibly honoured and proud to announce that we have been awarded the Silver Award for National Property Management Company of the Year 2024 and also received the Highly Commended Recognition for Regional Agency of the Year – South West at the prestigious Negotiator Awards last month.
The judges’ comments truly filled us with pride:

At KPA Property Management, our mission is to transform the face of lettings and to reframe the often-negative narrative between landlords and tenants – one tenancy at a time. What stood out to the Judges was not just the wealth of glowing testimonials and reviews that we have been fortunate to receive over the years, but the fact that these come from all our stakeholders – landlords, tenants and trades alike!
To have this recognised is deeply special to us and a true testament to the tireless work that our team puts in every day. While recognition isn’t why we do what we do, these awards represent a significant milestone for KPA as we close out 2024 on a high!
We caught up with KPA’s founders and Principals Angie and Ben Nicholls and they had this to say:
“We’ve grown at a rate of knots this year and the challenge has been to maintain service levels and continue to deliver excellence, because we didn’t come into this industry to be like every one else – quite the opposite. As a systems led business, we look to tech to improve the customer experience and support the team and bring clarity to stakeholders, wherever possible. We have brought on board 2 key pieces of tech this year which I am very proud of and they have made a big difference in streamlining what we do and providing transparency and information for landlords and their tenants. To receive national recognition is humbling (and I don’t use that word lightly) and shows that we are on the right track – but we still have much more to do!” Ben Nicholls
